I am delighted to announce that planning permission has been successfully secured for this two-storey side extension and alterations to a detached home located in the picturesque area of Comber, Co. Down.

This project represents a significant enhancement to this home, allowing for increased living space and improved functionality, which is essential for modern family living.
I am also excited to announce that a building control application has been lodged with Ards and North Down Borough Council. This crucial step in the construction process ensures that all building work will meet the necessary safety and quality standards set forth by the council. The application includes detailed plans and specifications that outline the proposed construction methods, materials to be used, and adherence to all building regulations here in Northern Ireland.
Approval from the council is anticipated soon, and my clients are looking forward to the next phase of their project. Soon, they will be able to begin work on-site, transforming their vision into reality!
This project is not just about expanding their living space; it is a significant step towards creating a home that reflects their lifestyle and aspirations.
The journey ahead promises to be transformative, and I am thrilled as always to be a part of this endeavor alongside my clients.
