"Glenn recently completed the design and architectural work for me taking his detailed drawings right through the planning office process and building control.
My job was for him to design and generate the drawings to build a large en-suite bedroom above a flat roof garage/kitchen and also a new utility room off the kitchen and a large living room in in the garden with apex roof. During the process Glenn worked with a firm of structural engineers and oversaw the detailed structural requirements that he then included in his drawing package to building control.
From the moment I met with Glenn at my property I felt comfortable. Glenn has been doing design and the architectural drawings for more than 35 years. It’s easy to tell he takes great pride in his work and will take the time to get it just right for you with your feedback. His style is relaxed and reassuring making you feel you are in safe professional hands. His drawings are very detailed that in my case it enabled the planning office to grant the approval without changes.. Great Job Glenn..."

"Embarking on any building project can be a very daunting task, and when we decided to knock down our then holiday home to build our home of the future we set about finding the right partner to ensure we got things right.
We found Glenn’s details in a local ad, and arranged to meet him. From the outset Glenn impressed us with his knowledge, professional approach and enthusiasm for our project. Having reviewed what work he had done, we were confident we had found the right man for our job. We appointed Glenn, and he designed us the ideal home making full and best use of our site. Importantly Glenn also produced a comprehensive 34 page tender document covering all aspects of build that proved to be invaluable.

"We consulted Glenn regarding a loft conversion to an en suite bathroom. Our experience of working with him has been first rate from start to finish.
Firstly, his personal traits. Importantly he is reliable – when he says he will visit, call you or meet some deadline, he fulfills whatever commitment he has made. He is affable and enthusiastic, and sees solutions rather than problems. Secondly, he is experienced and professional.
He took us through all the stages needed to complete our project, made useful and practical suggestions we hadn’t considered, and incorporated what we wanted into the design.
This resulted in the quick production of drawings and specifications which he then progressed through Building Control approval. Unfortunately, COVID 19 has delayed building work beginning.
However, we have no doubt Glenn will continue to advise and assist us whenever we can revisit the project."

"Glenn helped us with planning our extension ( single storey rear and side extension). The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Glenn was very professional and his experience was clear to see.
He designed our extension to take into account our family dynamics and came up with good ideas to suit our needs which I would have never thought of. He was prompt in responding to any queries we had and any changes we wanted to make he was able to clearly tell us pros and cons of any changes. He completed several designs for us and we were able to pick the one that suited our budget and needs best.
Glenn took charge and was able to do everything regarding application for planning permission and building control ..all of which I was clueless about. He gave us realistic timescales in terms of our planning permission application and gave us regular updates. Also kept us in the loop by cc'ing us into emails he had with planning permission and building control/ structural engineer. This was reassuring as waiting on planning permission can be frustrating.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve, but with Glenn's experience and skill he suggested an alternative plan we had not considered, and which we eventually went with.
His drawings and specifications were extremely detailed and very impressive, leaving no detail to chance and giving us confidence that the finished product would be of a very high standard. “During July 2014, we decided to extend instead of move house, and hired Glenn to provide the drawings. What an excellent job Glenn did for us. He was fast, efficient, and kept us updated each step of the process. He took all the stress out of the process by notifying the neighbours, notifying the Planning Office, and worked closely with our builder.
He supplied a full written quotation, with a clear itemised price of each stage, and forwarded all important documentation quickly. Planning Service rejected the first set of drawings, but Glenn phoned us immediately to discuss alternatives, which were passed the second time, and nearly a year to when we started the application, we are delighted with the end result.
We definitely recommend Glenn for his professionalism and expertise.”
