Rear Extension in Bangor

My latest project of this week.

The simple brief summary of what my client wanted as follows:

• Open plan living area to the rear to include Kitchen, Family Area and Dining Space

• Separate Utility Room

• Easy access to rear gardens and views

• Natural light

• Downstairs WC with wash hand basin and shower

• Part removal of existing chimney breast in Sitting Room
