He designed our extension to take into account our family dynamics and came up with good ideas to suit our needs which I would have never thought of. He was prompt in responding to any queries we had and any changes we wanted to make he was able to clearly tell us pros and cons of any changes. He completed several designs for us and we were able to pick the one that suited our budget and needs best.
He took charge and was able to do everything regarding application for planning permission and building control ..all of which I was clueless about.
He gave us realistic timescales in terms of our planning permission application and gave us regular updates. Also kept us in the loop by cc'ing us into emails he had with planning permission and building control/ structural engineer. This was reassuring as waiting on planning permission can be frustrating.

Changes to this semi-detached home along Brentwood Park in Belfast included the following:
Ground Floor
To create an open plan Family / Kitchen / Dining Room.
To provide lots of natural daylight in the new living space by incorporating fully glazed large sliding doors and a Vario by Velux Rooflight above.
To maximise the views out to the gardens through the glazed doors by removing outbuildings.
To maintain pedestrian access to the rear gardens through a sheltered canopy, with a new bedroom above.
First Floor
To provide a third bedroom.
