Great news that one of my latest projects in Donaghadee, County Down obtained Planning Permission and Building Control Approval. Phase one, rear extension now complete and I was delighted to receive another 5 Star Review from my client Mr.M.
My clients wish-list was as follows:
Phase 1 - Garden Room / Utility Extension
Design a garden room approx internal size approx 12ft x 20ft in the rear garden.
Linking the garden room and the kitchen with a new utility room with a door to the side to access the 'bin storage area' and large sliding door to the existing patio by the kitchen.
Large window in Garden room looking out to the garden, also a possible upper long narrow window to the south wall to improve lighting.
Patio area part covered with a sliding door access from the linking utility room for sheltered outdoor area.
Access down the side of the garden room with space between the room and the boundary hedge of No5
Phase 2 - Master Bedroom Ensuite Extension
Provide a new Master bedroom with en-suite over an area of the garage and part of the kitchen flat roof with access from the landing.
Exciting as always to see my drawings turned into reality!
