Planning Permission Granted! 🎉

Great news that Planning Permission has been granted, delighted!

This project, a rear single storey extension to a former manse in County Down. The proposals include a natural slate mono-pitch roof with velux rooflights. Sand and cement rendered walls, painted a natural colour. Traditional hardwood / sliding sash windows. All to compliment this lovely historic home and just what my client asked for.

My clients wish-list was as follows:

1. Demolition of existing rear return.

2. New single storey extension enlarging the kitchen area to provide a Dining Room.

3. Provide ground floor cloakroom / WC.

4. Replace a rear triangular window with a sliding sash window.

5. Traditional style to complement the existing dwelling.

6. Velux rooflights to be included in the new mono pitch roof.

7. Provide a new gable window in the Kitchen.
