Planning Application Lodged for an Attic Conversion in Belfast.

Writer: Glenn ThompsonGlenn Thompson

I am happy to announce that a Planning Application has been submitted for this attic conversion of a semi-detached home in Ballyhackamore, Belfast.

My clients' request was straightforward: to transform the attic space by adding a new staircase and creating an additional double bedroom with a rear-facing dormer window.

Beyond their initial request, the new second floor will now feature a Master Bedroom with an Ensuite. These new additions will be an excellent enhancement to the home, and we are eagerly anticipating the approval by Belfast Planning Service.
