I am delighted to announce that we have successfully received Planning Permission for this project. This significant milestone marks a crucial step forward and I am thrilled to share this great news. The approval process was thorough and required careful consideration of various factors, including environmental impact, community feedback, and compliance with planning policy.

With Planning Permission now in hand, the next stage involves lodging a Building Control Application. This application is essential as it ensures that the planned construction adheres to the necessary building regulations and safety standards. The Building Control authorities will review my drawings and specification in detail, examining all aspects. I am always committed to meeting all requirements to guarantee that my projects not only meets but exceeds expectations.

The granting of Planning Permission is just the beginning of an exciting journey ahead. I am enthusiastic about the next steps, particularly the Building Control Application, and we look forward to starting construction on site soon.
