Belfast New-Build

My project of the week.....

Mr. Caldwell approached me and asked if I could help him develop land he owned, a very narrow brownfield site adjacent to an existing row of Belfast houses. Instead of a single dwelling opting for 2 no. new apartments. Apartment 1 located on the ground floor. On the first and second floors Apartment 2 linked between the living space and bedroom by a spiral staircase.

Planning permission has now been granted and next stage is to obtain Building Control approval. I was delighted to be asked.

Time to appoint a builder and turn my drawings into reality!
