Building Control Approval granted, this project involved the removal of the old conservatory and replacing it with a fully insulated contemporary Garden Room. Incorporating a large Vario by Velux rooflight and large sliding doors to flood the new room with natural daylight.
Also included in the scheme, keeping part of the existing structure to provide a modern WC and a new Utility Room with access onto the gardens.
A simple extension and alterations but this will make significant improvements to this beautiful detached home in Ballyholme.
