• Velux flat glass rooflight to flood accommodation with natural daylight.

• Bathroom to become WC / Shower (wet room) with walk-in-shower.

• Full rewire to include relocating electrical box.

• New heating system, conversion from oil to gas.

• New damp proof course.

• Install dry lining / insulation to existing cavity walls.

• New PVC guttering and fascia boards.
