The Story of a New Ensuite.....!

Updated: May 3, 2022

I was asked if I could incorporate a new Ensuite into an existing roofspace that was was not being fully utilised. The space had limited head height but with careful alterations (and a steel beam) the room was transformed!

Even the smallest of projects like this one require careful planning, design and detailing, especially to meet all Building Regulations.

They are not as simple as they would first appear but just look at the results!

REVIEW FROM CLIENT

"We consulted Glenn regarding a loft conversion to an en suite bathroom. Our experience of working with him has been first rate from start to finish. Firstly, his personal traits. Importantly he is reliable – when he says he will visit, call you or meet some deadline, he fulfils whatever commitment he has made. He is affable and enthusiastic, and sees solutions rather than problems.

Secondly, he is experienced and professional. He took us through all the stages needed to complete our project, made useful and practical suggestions we hadn’t considered, and incorporated what we wanted into the design. This resulted in the quick production of drawings and specifications which he then progressed through Building Control approval.

Unfortunately, COVID 19 has delayed building work beginning. However, we have no doubt Glenn will continue to advise and assist us whenever we can revisit the project."
