Spot the Difference in Finaghy!

Updated: Aug 29, 2023

An extension and alterations to any home will make all the difference!

Take a look for yourself at this little project of mine and see how many changes you can find?

This scheme was all about making the most of the beautiful rear gardens. Landscaped and well presented the existing tiny snug, small kitchen window, and tiny Utility did nothing to for this tidy little semi in Finaghy. One word came to mind when I first walked through the property, "awkward"

The new scheme presents a lovely large open plan Kitchen & Garden Room with floods of natural light shining through the new floor to ceiling glazing and rooflights above.

Gone is the tiny Utility, now it's a proper Utility with space for a sink, washing machine / tumble dryer and several cupboards for storage.

Downstairs also is a sizeable wet room with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Great not having to climb the stairs to use the facilities.
