Planning Permission and Building Control Approval Granted 🎉🎉

I am thrilled that both approvals have been secured, and now the work can begin on site—exciting!

This project involves both a single and two-story extension in Bangor, and my clients' wish list includes:

Ground Floor

1. A snug adjacent to the kitchen, optimizing garden space and light.

2. A single-story utility room with a door and space for hanging, folding, and ironing baskets.

3. Rendering of the existing brickwork.

First Floor

1. A master bedroom with a new en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room.

2. Replacing windows and patio doors at the rear of the house to match the front.
