My clients wish list was as follows:
Ground Floor
Cloak room under the stairs to be turned into a WC with wash hand basin and toilet.
Kitchen. Block up back door leading outside and block up existing door. Enlarge current door into dinning room from hallway, so when you come through the front door the light and space flows from the garden.
Demolish existing Garage and build side two storey extension to provide large open-plan Kitchen, Dining, Family Room.
First Floor
Extend two existing bedrooms into extension.
Remove partition wall to create one large bathroom with separate shower.
Gas boiler in existing Bathroom to be relocated into attic space above.
