Really pleased that Planning Permission has been granted!

What a superb dwelling along New Road in Donaghadee. It will be a beautiful home when works are complete, offering amazing views over Donaghadee harbour from this historic four floor home. Delightful in Donaghadee!

There are many changes proposed on each of the four floors but the side and rear extensions included:

Ground Floor:

Converting the existing Yard into a new Dining Room open-plan to the Kitchen.

First Floor:

Landing extended to provide a new link to the rear attic and the attic converted into a new double Bedroom with views over the rear gardens.
