Delighted that Planning Permission and Building Control Approval has been granted. A builder is on site and construction work underway.
Looking forward to seeing my drawings and my clients wishes turned into reality.
It surely is a superb four storey historic home and it will be fantastic when works are complete, offering outstanding views over Donaghadee harbour and beyond.

There are many changes proposed on each of the four floors but the side and rear extensions include:
Ground Floor:
Converting the existing Yard into a new Dining Room open-plan to the Kitchen.
First Floor:
Landing extended to provide a new link to the rear attic, converted into a new double Bedroom with views over the rear gardens.
