BEFORE (My Client asked for the Garage to be converted into a downstairs Bedroom with Ensuite

AFTER (Garage door replaced with a window, door from hall provided, Bedroom with an Ensuite to the rear.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve, but with Glenn's experience and skill he suggested an alternative plan we had not considered, and which we eventually went with.

His drawings and specifications were extremely detailed and very impressive, leaving no detail to chance and giving us confidence that the finished product would be of a very high standard. He managed the process of obtaining planning and building control approval, keeping us updated regularly on progress.

When it came to selecting a builder Glenn was again very helpful, and we currently have an excellent builder on site helping to realise the project.

Glenn always dealt with us in a very courteous manner, and it has been reassuring to have him in our corner during what can be a very stressful process.
