My brief for this extension and alterations to a semi-detached home in Belfast was as follows:

• Kitchen / dining to be open plan

• Living Room to be separate

• Improve Kitchen layout

• Kitchen back door can be removed and extension brought out full width.

• Improve Bathroom layout
