A Bungalow Transformation!

I'm always proud to be asked to prepare drawings by a client or an Architect. Some of my work is for private clients but often I'm asked to help Architect's obtain Planning Permission and Building Control Approval's on a variety of projects.

I hope you like this one, the main aim was to gain from the exceptional views over the North Channel towards Scotland.

With lots of glazing, new open plan living accommodation and first floor Bedroom with open sea views, after the transformation this will certainly be a fabulous home!
