Why have a Yard when it's not being used and a great space to improve the rear of your home? Mr. and Mrs. Green approached me to come up with a design. With a long garden to the rear of their mid-terrace property, the yard just wasn't being used and the existing kitchen was almost internal with no views at all of the gardens.
So here's the solution - one large open plan room linking the existing Dining Room to a new Utility Room, downstairs WC, new Kitchen and a Garden Room! The existing front Living Room becoming a "quiet room" and a place to get away from it all......
Lots of natural light will be gained by the large sliding doors and with a feature roof lantern this surely will be an amazing home to enjoy!
A simple extension which will transform this home and bring the outside in.
