Utilising an existing yard is an excellent way to achieve that extra space you need. In this project I was asked by my Client in Bangor, County Down to provide a new open plan Sunroom / Kitchen area to maximise the views of the rear gardens, also incorporating a much needed downstairs WC.
Such a difference this extension will make. With lots of glazing (including rooflights) the new Sunroom / Kitchen areas will be flooded with natural light. The full height glazed double doors leading onto the raised decking area will be a lovely place in summer for a barbecue or relax with a cuppa and enjoy the gardens. The old dark and enclosed Yard will surely not be missed!
