Two New-Build Replacement Dwellings

This project features two new replacement dwellings. The old bungalows were demolished and replaced with the new dwellings. Both have unique architectural elements, including large apex glazing to maximise the sea views. The focus was on creating two contemporary and visually striking homes that blend functionality, aesthetic appeal and maximising the sea views.
