Millisle Road, Donaghadee

I'm delighted to say one of my projects was featured in the SelfBuild and Improve Your Home Magazine!

Green Road, Millisle

Replacing a traditional timber frame bungalow (holiday home) with a beautiful two storey home. With underfloor heating throughout and electrically operated Velux rooflights, all mod cons as they say incorporated. Check out the before and after photos and I hope you like.

Dalriada Crescent, Cushendall

Since I established GT Building Design in 2004 I have helped many clients and other Architectural Practices with residential schemes, from one off luxurious homes to large scale housing developments. An example of this, a superb detached home on the North Coast. I was delighted to be appointed by Keith Lockhart of KL Architecture to assist with the preparation of the CAD drawings.

Grampian Avenue, Belfast

There was a single dwelling previously on the site but this had been demolished long ago. My client asked me to prepare drawings for new three storey apartments. Planning Permission granted.

Ballyclare Railway Cottage.

A replacement dwelling, once a former Railway Cottage in Ballyclare. I did meet real life "Railway Children" all grown up and needing the original signalman's cottage demolished and re-built. A great story and a very happy ending. When I was asked to help, the steam trains had long gone and the branch line to Ballyclare closed but the Grandparent's remained and loved their new Cottage.

Old Holywood Road, Belfast
